You will need:
1 pk Young’s Spey Valley Smoked Salmon
2 tbsp capers, drained, rinsed and finely chopped
2 tbsp finely diced shallot
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Freshly ground black pepper |

To make
Arrange the Smoked Salmon on a large plate and serve with bowls of garnish and some brown bread and butter or melba toast. |
