We have put together a few serving ideas so you can enjoy our Smoked Salmon at its very best, to view each serving idea click on the small pictures:
You will need:
1 pk Young’s Spey Valley Smoked Salmon
4-6 blinis per person
125g créme fraiche
1 bunch dill
Ground black pepper
To make
Spread blinis on a tray and warm through in a low/medium oven for 5 minutes.
Cut the Smoked Salmon into 2” pieces and place on blinis.
Place 1 tsp of créme fraiche on each and top with a sprig of dill and a grind of black pepper and serve.
