Our Original Smoked Salmon is produced using traditional methods at our Spey Valley Smokehouse. This delicate salmon is cured in the time honoured methods and crafts of our Smokehouse. The salmon is hand filleted then covered with a layer of natural sea salt and rich demerara sugar for 18-24 hours. It is traditionally hung and smoked over whisky cask shavings from local cooperages blended with oak and beech chips producing a rich aromatic smoke.
