| Our Smokehouse was originally based in Cromdale but due to demand outstripping supply of the original Spey Valley Smoked Salmon, a new premises was required. A new Smokehouse with viewing gallery and shop was built in 1995 and opened by the Princess Royal, Princess Anne. |
