| The Spey Valley Smokehouse produces the finest Traditional Quality Kiln Smoked Salmon using techniques passed down from generation to generation. |
| Prior to being owned by Young’s, the Spey Valley Smokehouse was acquired by Ian Anderson, the lead singer of the famous rock group Jethro Tull in 1990, as the owner of the Inverness based Strathaird Salmon business. The Spey Valley Smokehouse still enjoys close ties to Strathaird Salmon as part of the Young’s family. |
| The current Spey Valley Smokehouse became part of the Young’s family in 2004, and is now seen as the ‘jewel in the crown’ of the Young’s operation. Young’s are dedicated to delivering the very best seafood to consumers across the UK, and the importance of having the depth of knowledge and tradition that the Smokehouse and it's staff deliver is immeasurable. |
